Working for good
Kristin Rortvedt watched as the sign language interpreters helped deaf children learn to play baseball. Rortvedt works as the Senior Director of Community Engagement & Executive Director of the Minnesota Twins Community Fund. She manages a team who orchestrates events for the community, like the deaf baseball clinic, along with creating collaborations with non profit organizations to improve the recognition of their work. She has to make many different decisions everyday to ensure quality work will be produced that will positively impact the community and represent the Twins organization well.
